Claude Oudiz
Founder & Director
Claude was a marketing and sales director for over 15 years in several multinational companies. He used the knowledge he acquired in his various senior management positions to create the Madeleines approach. Passionate about organisational behaviour, he founded Salamine in 2007 and has trained hundreds of teams in over 20 countries.

Jo Englisch
Director
After starting her career as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young, Jo became a management consultant in 2005, with a focus on Human Resources and Change Management.
Based in London, she organises Madeleines training sessions in English and French.
